Sparkling reception with live violin by Olga Avanessova, Avanessova Project, vocals by Olga Babalyuk, then DJ and dancing into the night. The bayan is the button accordion that belongs to every celebration in Russia, Ukraine and many countries of the former Soviet Union. It is named after Boyan, the legendary singer and storyteller of old Rus.
BAYAN therefore stands for storytelling: songs at the table, time together and emotions shared. Our accordion logo tells exactly that – together with Slavic and Central Asian cuisine.
